What do I do if students are missing from my list?

All students must be coded as grade level PK or PE in Chancery SMS in order for them to show up on your student list.  Check with your SIMS clerk on your campus to make sure all students have been processed in Chancery.  Students will not show up on your list until they have been entered into the Chancery system by your campus SIMS clerk.

The HISD IT Department and Frog Street will upload new lists as students are entered into the HISD Chancery system.  The classroom teacher cannot add or delete students in the Frog Street system.  The campus SIMS clerk must ensure new students have been entered into the Chancery system.

If you get a new student, ask your SIMS clerk to process their folder ASAP.
