A memo went out to principals to address the issues of participants not being able to see credit on their e-TRAIN transcripts. Click HERE to view the full memo.
Below are highlights from the memo:
- Campus designated PADS have access to run the Course Session Roster through PeopleSoft. The Early Childhood Department will no longer run transcripts for teachers.
- Click Employee Training History Report or the Course Session Roster to reference how to access these reports.
- Staff with T-numbers (i.e. HISD Charter school teachers), will not have training history listed on their eTRAIN transcripts prior to the upgrade.
- All non-employees that attend HISD trainings will no longer use a T-number. They are now being assigned an Employee ID Number (EMPLID). Current T-numbers are being converted into employee ID numbers.
