The assessment works better on Google Chrome than Internet Explorer. To download Google Chrome click on this link: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/
If you are still experiencing difficulties, try doing the following:
- Close the browser tab you were using for CLI Engage.
- Go to your browsing history and clear your cached images and cookies.
- Go back to your email and click the link again.
- You should be asked to enter your Google ID and then taken to the registration page.
