I don’t see any of my students in the system, what do I do?

You may need to clear your browser’s cache.  Here are some instructions to fix this error:

  1. Please log out of cliengage.org and close the browser window.
  2. Go to your browsing history and clear your cached images and cookies.
  3. Open a new browser window and go back to cliengage.org.
  4. Log into the system.

You should be able to access the system and launch an assessment.  If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, please make the selection to clear your cache for the past week.

In some cases, like the charter schools, students may have not been uploaded by CLI. If this is the case submit a Help Ticket to CLI through http://www.cliengage.org.
