What do I do if I see the message “Operation Has Failed No Transport”?

You are seeing this error because we are continually making updates to CLI Engage and occasionally these updates will interfere with your display until your browser cache has been cleared.  Here are some instructions to fix this error:

  1. Please log out of cliengage.org and close the browser window.
  2. Go to your browsing history and clear your cached images and cookies.
  3. Open a new browser window and go back to cliengage.org.
  4. Log into the system.

You should be able to access the system and launch an assessment.  If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, please make the selection to clear your cache for the past week.

Please let me know if you still have issues accessing and administering the assessment.  The Children’s Learning Institute is working to correct this error as soon as possible.
